Nothing in these Terms shall limit okebet2's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

okebet2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Determination that you do not meet the eligibility requirements;

Upon termination for cause, okebet2 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
